Clear, concise communication is absolutely essential during trying times like what we are all going through right now. The COVID-19 pandemic is a unique time in history where we can either look back and say we did our best to get through it or we could have done better. With that being said, our full-service printing company is here to make sure we are clearly communicating during this crisis. With the ongoing developments of COVID-19, we hope you and those closest to you are remaining healthy and unaffected.
In light of the seriousness of the current situation, we have activated our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and as a result are operating at normal capacity with no interruptions or changes to our production and client services.
MedFare’s top priority is the safety of our customers, employees, and their families. To ensure we are providing a safe and healthy work environment, we are closely following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and have taken necessary precautions by cancelling all nonessential travel and discouraging staff from attending external events and conferences.
We know that our disposable items, including our Antimicrobial wipes for both hands and surfaces, especially at this time, are essential to your business and helping you keep your patients and residents safe. With this in mind, we are working with our supply chain to keep these items available to you as best we can. MedFare is monitoring sales of these essential items to only allow sales to health care facilities as well as distributors that service health care facilities at this time in order to keep our inventory for those of you that need them.
